Our Home Care Services provide compassionate, personalised support to help individuals maintain independence and comfort in their own homes. From assistance with daily activities to specialised care, our dedicated caregivers ensure you or your loved one receive the highest quality care while remaining in familiar surroundings.

How long have you been in business?

Our company have been providing healthcare services as a recruitment company for the past 5 years. We also care for individuals including privately funded from 18 years and above who are in need of support with daily living for personal care, mental or palliative care at home.

Do you bring your equipment and supplies?

We will provide all our equipment including PPEs to ensure we always deliver safe care. Our priority is to ensure that our clients are safe and that the care provided by our staff is of high standard.

What inspired FreedaCare?

FreedaCare was born from the determination to ease the challenges people face to access social care and support.  Studies have shown in recent times that people live longer and may need more care and support, this becomes inevitable as they grow older. FreedaCare understands that people may need urgent care and support at home and finding the right care is a priority. FreedaCare does not only ensure that your care is safe and of quality but that it is compassionate and holistic in its delivery. Our compassionate service considers all areas of your care icluding physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Why should we choose you?

We care for anyone over the age of 18, who has additional needs and requires support with mental or physical health to live independently at home. An individual may have medical physical and mental conditions that limits their ability to be active so may need assistance at home to live an active life. We provide individualised care and support to people in their own homes. We are regulated and inspected by the CQC, delivering safe quality care is our priority. Our qualified staff are caring, compassionate and respectful, they are trained to deliver safe care according to your assessed needs.

Can you provide your services online or remotely?

We provide personal care services to include one to one support by our trained and qualified care staff. Your care plan will include visiting hours by our care staff depending on your needs. We monitor staff visit via an app and care is delivered face to face at your home. 

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from COVID-19?

We provide our staff with the right PPEs to ensure that patient are protected. Staff are encouraged to have COVID-19 vaccines and staff undergo mandatory training for infection prevention and control and health and safety.
